1.That you are seeking admission in your own interest and accord.

2.That you shall be fully responsible for any accident/mishappening occurring with you/by you, /outside the institute’s premises and the institute will not be responsible in any manner.

  1. That you shall be responsible for your rustication on grounds of misconduct, misuse of mobile phones, misuse of the internet, or any illegal and indecent activity.
  2. In case of your selection for Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams / NTSE & Olympiads, the institute reserves the right to use your name, photo, and other information for publicity purposes (Print & Electronic Media).
  3. Pratap TNI have right to declare your competitive exam result on all the websites, social media etc.
  4. That you solemnly affirm that the institute has the right to send you emails (e-newsletters), SMS alerts, WhatsApp Messages (Text, Images, Video, Documents), and posts on the mentioned communication details.
  5. That you have read all the instructions of the Information Bulletin / available Online / offline and you do agree to follow the instructions as applicable.
  6. In respective to the refund, we shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by the student or parent is credited into the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.
  7. Each student will be issued an ID card, students have to carry the ID card daily.
  8. If any student will be absent for more than 15 days continuously without prior written application, he/she will be deemed to be expelled from the institute. No separate information will be sent to the parents as well as no fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
  9. Any change in address should be notified to the office without delay.
  10. The institute will assist for providing a conveyance facility, however, liability or responsibility will be that of students/Parents.
  11. Students getting a scholarship of more than or equals to 75% will be charged with an amount of Rs. 8000 (non-refundable) for the kit apart from the fee.
  12. Once you have enrolled, you cannot change or cancel your enrolled package. After making the complete payment & the enrolment, it will be considered final and there will be no change or any modifications to the same and neither will be there be any refund.
  13. You agree that all disputes are subject to dehradun ( uttarakhand) jurisdiction only.
  14. Your admission is for the year-long program for the ongoing academic year only
